Life Insurance and Aging

No one likes to think about dying. But it is important to consider how to care for your family after you are gone.

Nothing can replace you. But life insurance can help take care of your family when you can't. Life insurance can pay your funeral expenses and pay off your debts. It pays to send your children to college or let your spouse enjoy the retirement you had planned. Life insurance takes care of your family by giving them everything you would if you were there.

There are two basic types of life insurance. Term and Permanent (also known as "whole life" insurance). Term life insurance protects your family in case you die. Permanent life insurance does the same thing, but it also helps you save money.
