Build: Going to School

This section will help you figure out what kind of education you need to get ahead in your field. You can learn more about taking these three steps.

  • Compare your current education to what's needed for your target career.
  • Decide on a program and type of school.
  • Find the right school.

Almost all women and most men without a high school diploma work in jobs that pay less than $20,000 a year. We strongly recommend getting more education if you can, even if you can only go to school part-time or take one class at a time. It's a great investment in your future.

You have to have confidence in your ability and then be tough enough to follow through.
